When Proliance Eastside Surgery Center opened in 2003, Sandy Rowe, RN, joined as the first ASC Manager. Under her leadership, patients have experienced exceptional care, surgeons and staff have enjoyed a rewarding work environment, and the facility has successfully grown through many changes.
